1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Products must be returned without any signs of damage or wear.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or final-sale items are non-refundable.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@brasstrends.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective.

3. Non-returnable Items

  • Clearance items or special orders.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund after verification.

  • We may request opening videos/photos of the damage or defect as part of the process.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at support@brasstrends.com.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@brasstrends.com.
